The Business security Holding Company is structurally made up of affiliated units controlled by Alternativa-M and a number of physical security, science research and production undertakings, amalgamated in 1997 into a non-commercial partnership for integrated strategies in tackling business security issues.

The Holding network affiliated units engaged in personal and corporate security management with a clearly identified individual focus operate on a self-sufficient footing.

The daily financial and economic operations of these units are managed by their Director General and Board of Directors. The overall guidance and control over the entire organization is exercised by the Board of Directors of the Holding Company.
